In Convict Conditioning 2 book there is a chapter about injuries that could help you. Read it if you can.
I read that when the swelling and the sharp pain is gone, you need to workout the trouble area, rest will not do anything beyond that point. Try some very easy movements with lots of reps, such a wall pushups, vertical pulls... with slow tempo.

Also google Novel Movement for wrist and elbow, it has helped me. And look up some forearm extensor and flexor training...you could have developed an imbalance in forearm. I can not post a link since I am a newbie Smile

Definitely consult a doctor !

But as I also say to my clients, never do a move that hurts ! like never !

Try to work around it with pulling moves that don't hurt.

Or if they hurt, start with the lowest weight that you can do and progress further !
