It would be great to get a crew together to train on the bars, weighted hill and stair sprints/walks or runs, and other crazy stuff gym folk are scared to do.
I have been training for the past 2 months and am making great gains and fat losses. Im no monster so beginners for comradery to advanced for mentorship would be fine.
Maybe meet up once a week and do our own individual training on other sessions. Mornings to early afternoons would be best as I train fasted.
San Diego area. I am central but meeting up at Mission Bay park would be cool or any other local park suitable. Maybe rotate locations.
