Can back and front lever influence planche? I mean if I practice front or back lever (and which one is better for plance?) can I be better in planche?

I also do planche exercises.

Yes, I would say so to some degree. A front lever is basically an uspide-down planche, although you would need to build up a seriously strong shoulder girdle too.

The front lever focuses more on the abs and shoulder girdle.

The back lever focuses more on the lower back and shoulder flexibility as well as building bicep tendon strength if done with chin-up style grip (supernated? - i always get this bit the wrong way around).

For planche you need very good shoulder girdle strength, bicep tendon strength, lower back and abs. Plus wrist strength and/or flexibility Smile

Both will help, plus planks and handstands Wink
