Salmon
4 whole eggs
2 sweet potatoes
yellow carrot
kale

This is a light postworkout meal i would eat after 80% of the workout right after i do the last strenuous part of the workout like stone front squats core, then i eat 1lbs. peanutbutter with bananas right after that.

I guess your logic is to eat the slower-digesting foods ASAP? Then the faster digesting sugars and heavy PB straight afterwards?

I totally need to train harder so that can be my light meal.

There all slow digesting food, i eat a lot so this way won't get fat and use the food for energy and help the workout/recovery. I noticed that all the meals geared around the workout are best.
