1lb organic grassfed ground beef
1 can organic black beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup organic marinara sauce
cayene pepper, sea salt, black pepper to taste.
saute onion and brown the beef. Add beans, marinara and spices to taste. Simmer for 15min.
Total prep and cook time is less than 20 min.
