Which training method is better for which aim?
5 set of max. push-up or pull-up or dips
make a circuit like 5 pull-ups(variations), 10 push-ups and 5 dips
doing 6 between 12 reps * 10 sets of any move
Which method is for strenght, size or increase the reps?
I know it comes all together but I am looking something to increase my pull-ups, dips and push-upps reps. What method do I have to try?
