Whicj method is useful? Empty
PostSubject: Whicj method is useful?   Whicj method is useful? EmptyMon Nov 12, 2012 6:10 pm

Hi,

Which training method is better for which aim?

For example;

5 set of max. push-up or pull-up or dips
or

make a circuit like 5 pull-ups(variations), 10 push-ups and 5 dips

or

doing 6 between 12 reps * 10 sets of any move

Which method is for strenght, size or increase the reps?

I know it comes all together but I am looking something to increase my pull-ups, dips and push-upps reps. What method do I have to try?

Thanks

Go with 5 x max with 5min rest and other days do 5 x max with 30sec rest for endurance and other days work strength 5x2-5 with 5-7min rest. Best bet. It will do everything you want. Do this for your first two years lol
