2 day split routine okay? Empty

I'm new here, and I wanted to start doing mostly bodyweight and training in gymnastics. However, after poking around, I wanted to check if this routing is alright. It's a 2 day split with legs/core Monday and Thursday and upper body Tuesday and Friday.

Upper body (Pushup max is 50, Pullup from dead hang is 3, Chinup from dead hang is 4, and Dips max is 13).

Pushups: 20/19/18/17/16/15/14/13/12/11/10
Pullups: 5/4/3/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/0
Dips: 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1/0
Chinups: 5/4/3/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/0

Each round is 1 set of 4 exercises is 1 set. 1 min break in between sets.

Lower Body/core (Squat max is 175 lb for 5 reps)

30 seconds jump rope
25 squats
10 lunges (5 on each side)

20 sets, 30 second break in between sets

Hanging leg raises: 15 seconds. 10 second rest.

5 sets

Now, I tried each of these out once. Upper Body took me 45 min, which I like, and I was sore the next day, which I like. Lower body/core took me 1 hour and 10 minutes, which I don't like. Plus, I feel like I got an excellent quad workout, but not enough hamstrings. I want to put in single leg deadlifts, but don't know about the timing.

Last issue: I want to sneak in practicing my back lever as well, but I feel too winded after both workouts to even attempt it. Where should I be putting this in my workouts?

Any thoughts? (OH, but letting you know, I like how my shirt turns a shade darker after these workouts Smile
