one arm chin ups
6 sets x 1 reps

frontlever pullups (one leg extended)
6 sets x 6 reps

tuck planche pushups
6 sets x 5 reps

handstand pushups on bars leaning against the wall
4 sets x 3 reps

tested one rep max weighted pull up
50 kg attempt - success
65 kg attempt - success
75 kg attempt - i barely got it so i haven't tried higher (personal record)

weighted pull ups - 40 kg
4 sets x 5 reps

weighted dips - 50 kg
4 sets x 7 reps

5 minutes of rowing

current goal is to reach several one arm chin ups. i can do one with right arm with no problem, my left arm feels weaker, need something to balance myself and prevent the twisting and then i can get up over the bar. i've been doing this for 4 weeks now and ill keep doing it for a couple a weeks. for OAC ill probably just add a little weight (2kg or 3) hoping it will get me to 2 consecutive OAC.
