First Workout: (Chest & Triceps)
Rest time between sets is 45 sec, Rest time between excersises is 2 min
Push-ups: 8,8,8,8,7,6,5 (50)
Dips: 5,5,5,3,2 (20)
Incline Push-ups: 10,10,6,4,2 (32)
