 2013 goals

My goals are:

50 push ups
25 pull ups
25 dips
25 chin ups

currently I am at:
25 push ups
10 pull ups
5??? dips
10+ chin ups

What are your goals and where are you now?

and let me know if my goals are to unreasonable.

My stats are very similar to yours haha only i can do a few more pushups/dips but cant do quite as many pullups. Seems realistic just stay consistent Razz

my 2013 GOALS
-perfect L-Sit (Pullup/dip bars, floor)
-work on V-Sit
-Muscle Up
-Back Lever
-Front Lever progressions
-Dragon Flag
-Handstand

currently 45 push ups, 11+ deadhang pull ups, bad form l-sit Very Happy

10+ perftect no kip muscle ups
10 freestanding handstand pushups (on pb too)l
30 pullups

human flag
10 pefect dragon flags
maybe planche and oap Wink

atleast 60dips.
90push-ups.
Stradle planche.
10clean MU.

ik the new year just started but i just got a 3 sec human flag!!!!!!!!!!! my legs were a lil higher then parallel but still!!!!!!!!

my 2013(or 2014 lol) GOALS
- 2-mile run in at least 12 to 14 minutes
- 100 sit-ups in 2 minutes.
- 100 push-ups in 2 minutes.
- 20 pull ups
- 1 muscle up

currently
- 2-miles in 20
- 50 sit-ups
- 0 muscle ups
- 8 push ups
- 3 pull ups

also i know these goals are a little unreasonable Sad so when do you think i might be able to obtain them

10+ Clean No Kip Muscle Ups
20+ Pull Ups
30+ Dips
Full Lay Front Lever
Slow Moving Human Flag
Free Standing Full ROM Handstand PU on PB
Endurance Endurance Endurance

I also want to clean up all of my movements and work on my balance

Currently

5 Kipping MU's
10-12 PU's
20 Dips
Tuck FL
kick up sloppy flag
supported HSP on phone books

I got a lot of work to do but it will all be worth it

I forgot to post my other goals cyclops clown alien cat

1 muscle up
run 4 miles without stopping and have lots of endurance with squats (by march)
be able to sprint faster than Usain Bolt LOL for most of the 4 miles

Current condition
1/2 muscle up
2 miles with out stopping
I don't do much sprinting now Crying or Very sad
