Olympic barbell Empty
PostSubject: Olympic barbell   Olympic barbell EmptyFri Jan 11, 2013 3:39 am

hey guys i have a question about my olympic barbell.

i was wondering do you guyz think a olympic barbell made in china will be able to handle 500lbs of weight?

I am wondering because i bought a 300lb olympic weight set and i've done some research and alot of people say its best to get a high quality bar but those bars are just too damn expensive and i want to start dead lifting and squatting but i just found out my bar was made in china and i was like noooooooo lol.

I havnt tried it out yet its still packaged and i am probably going to try it tomarrow but just wondering will a 6ft 8inch bar that weights 35lbs (not 45) be able to hold 300+ lbs?
alot of people say if your olympic lifitng or lifting pretty heavy to get a high quality bar.
this makes me feel like i just wasted money.

if someone can let me know if they have a oly bar made in china or just a poor quality bar
and how long have you guys had them for or if you still own one.

THX!
