Hi everyone,
I'm Rich (Not the money kind D:)
I'm soon to start as a Royal Marine Commando in the UK
My best stats so far are
Pull ups (Arms shoulder width, palms facing away and keeping body straight as a plank the whole time): 16
Press ups (elbows locked by sides hands underneath shoulders): 65
Sit ups: 100 in 2 mins

I don't have the facilities to do dips on rails Sad
I do however do a lot of running.
I love training and keeping fit. I love music, I love practising kickboxing and MMA. I have strong opinions on contraversial (spelling?) matters, yet I am very very friendly and hope to not offend anyone in the forum with my views.

Thats about it guys Smile

Thank you,
My numbers may seem high but I have no flair whilest on a pull up bar, I just crank them out no matter what exercise. I am Really struggling to get the last few in each of the exercises posted when I did my pb. Non the less, I still did them Smile

for the dips: i don't have rails, or dip bars around here either. However, i kinda found a solution that works for me: i take 2 chairs(equal chairs), but make sure that they are solid(!) and use the top of the two chairs as 2 dip rails, me standing in between the chairs. i usually put lots of heavy things on the seat of the chair to keep it stable so that it doesn't shake. Does work great for me, and i think dips are quite important as they build a lot of strength and muscle on chest shoulders and triceps that you can't really build otherwise in calisthenics. That's just my opinion on this, i'm not doing this for too long either Very Happy your numbers are pretty good for a beginner, welcome on the board rich!
