Starting my journey into the calisthenics game. I have a long way to go but I feel like my physique is starting to change already. I am 300 lbs and about 6 ft tall. I alternate between cardio which is usually a one hour jog (trying to also make this an abs and legs day when i get in better shape) and the next day, calisthenics which is right now 15 sets of push-ups, 10 sets of assisted dips and 10 sets of assisted pull-ups. Any advice would be welcomed.
