My name is Dave. I'm 19 in the Philly area. As of now I can do 40 push ups, 10 neutral-grip pull ups. I haven't gone for max dips yet
. I've yet do do muscle ups, I'd hit the ceiling with my door mounted bar. I need to use the bar in the nearby park and post some numbers up (if it's not 0).
I did long and triple jump in high school, and rowed my freshman year of college. I transferred to a school without a rowing team.
I need something to keep me active, my mood and sleep suffers without it (let alone long term health). I can't however be just a gym rat; I need goals and purpose when I workout or else I feel vain.
I'm so glad that I've found this website. My new goal is to become a barbarian.
