My goal is improving endurance.Today training
10x5 pull ups
10x7 dips
10x15 push ups
rest -60 sec between sets,3 minutes between exercises

push ups pyramid 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
after that little of plyo.

10 jump squat super set with 10 lunges x 10
10x10 box jumps
5x5 asisted single leg squats

core-lots of planks and leg lifts
