i just started leangans few days ago, but here is the issue.
i can only train on mornings, from 6am to 7am or maybe 8am. but my feeding window starts at noon.
am taking bcaa before and after training. this is my schedule:
6am bcaa, 1 hour calisthenics
7am bcaa at the end of the workout
10am green tea, bcaa
noon: first meal, meat/chicken/fish with salad
around 2pm or 3 pm: another meal, leftovers from lunch
around 5pm: protein shake
6pm: 1 hour crossfit
8pm/9pm: last meal of the day
am i doing this right?
