I slightly recomped this weight to be a little leaner yet weigh the exact same, just a few more pounds to go. Finally i know my height i am 6feet tall, weight is 218lbs. even. Once i weigh 225lbs i will stay there for a long time no need to be heavier then that. I will recomp that weight to be pretty lean, and train for pure performance and immense weighted calis/strongman.

Once i get this 135lb.-180lb. chain i will wear it around my back while i do strongman/calis at the park for 4+hrs. every time i go to StonePark i will wear this heavy chain and ignore that it is even there.Time to man the fukk up, no games.

This is ForestWorkout you don't swipe a card to enter this gym. I cut threw 300+ft. of thorn bushes to enter, i trained so hard till the mosquito's ran away.

Rope climb,pullups/dips in trees,pushups,log curls/press/throw/squat lifting trees/stones ect.Get in touch with your inner animal and keep it, cause in today's society it is fading quickly. After reading the book of Musashi i had the urge to be outdoors.Trainharddd!!!

I obtained my goal weight of 100kg. or 220lbs. that's +50lbs. of enormous strength i am glad i formed Atlasthenics cause pure calisthenics is not enough!

Thanks, i feel very light though man.Im sure i can still do 50pullups/70 dips. I gained this weight the right way i trained functional to gain this weight no bodybuilding man, pure explosive calis/explosive strongman.I will either stay here @ this weight or gain 20lbs.+more.Either way i am making an endurance test vid, then OAP and 100kg pullup 120kg ddip.

Arms grew in 1 workout, see i force the gains, i dont have time to wait i live once.
300curls - super setted 300 tricep extensions 1min rest this is to end the workout. i popped a vessel under my right eye this is the daily minimum intensity i go to battle with.

800lbs. rusty IRON & STONE frame carry. Static holds till failure 7sets total after the workout. This builds enormous lockout power in the legs,whole back,builds a gorilla grip, a larger dead lift, and strengths the whole body all in 1. I will visit here once per week adding more weight and longer holds/walks each time it is painful but the gains are worth it.

12ounces of buffalo, 1lb. roasted potatos w/rosemary,spinach & broccoli w/herbs + papaya .Having papaya with your protein source is key to recovery allowing you to utilize the protein more with better absorption.2hrs. after this meal i eat the full jar of peanut butter with more papaya before bed.

Sometimes this is the dip bar, adapt to your surroundings & you can form a workout anywhere. I was stranded at a factory once i had to wait 1.5hrs. for my ride no food or water and it was 100degrees outside i trained inside of a storage box.Pushups on the ground i opened the door at the top i did pullups, and bars on the side were for tricep extensions/core work also.Before you know it my ride was here & i got my workout done.Calisthenics!

You said you want to keep this weight, man, your back is going to be sick thick sticking out of your trunk when you lower your body fat more to get that tree in lumbar! Plus, the neck like pillar under the sky.. true Atlas!

As I can only work my lower body, I came back to your high rep leg routines! It´s not as mentally hard to endure them as it´s hard to stay sane because of those testosteron boosts next day!! I combine them with sprint work, jump rope and road bike heavy gear sprints/steep climbs!

Golden advices you gave me for deadlifts will be used in future, just when I put my broken body on par with my savage mind, don´t know when, but I will. Principles already applied to everything.

Hhaha thanks man, dont u worry i will cut down to my best condition once im done gaining 10more lbs. u will see.The strongest cutting diet i ever been on i will put to test.I wont lose strength/muscle at all. And im glad i helped u some man, Mentality is another aspect of strength one may have stronger arms then you , but you might be overall the stronger one due to your resilience never give up attitude.Trainharddd!!!

I been studying my body on certain bulk/gaining foods. What adds immense weight fast but all fat is white rice of all kinds even basmati,any bread,anything with sugar.The lean bulking foods that do amazing for me is brown rice,sweet potatoes, all beans.Study your body , you wont know what works or not unless u try something for a while on its own.

Yeah, from my experience white rice does only some good before workout but I don´t use it anymore after that it´s useless, I can eat almost half kilo, with a lot of meat and veggies.. and I´m hungry in half an hour. Bad for insulin spike - leptin boost.. needless confusing of body.

I´m sure gains come from high mineral content in brown rice in oposion to plain, in fact dead rice.
Man, I love sweet potatoes and beans, pea and lentils.

Also I gained the most on high fat. Jersey cow milk, butter and natural cheeses the staples (I´m lucky to have farm with jerseys 15km fromy my home).

Jersey´s is just special, I don´t drink any other. And it´s for literally peanuts.
Milk from shop makes me bloated and sick.

PB is so expensive and bad available here.

Another large part of my training i split logs after work & workouts to end the day been doing for years.I broke a lot of sledge hammers and now i use a 17lb.super maul. When you swing a large maul/hammer for hrs. alternating arms it will be immense for conditioning,grip,shoulder,core.
