Hello remaining Bar-Barians!
Today I decided it was time to take my training seriously.
A great way to commit to this is by keeping a training log!
I've been working out consistently for roughly 3 weeks now.
The only equipment I have is a door pullup bar.
(No parallel bars damn it!!!).
Current weight: 65kg (145lbs) @ 5'11
Max pullups : 15
Max pushups: Haven't tested.
Max pistol squat: 5
-One arm pushup
-Better Pistol form (issues with balance)
-Handstand push ups
Diamond push ups - 20,20,20(120 seconds rest)
Wide-grip push ups - 20
Assisted one arm pushups (fingers of assisting arm stretched far out in front) - 4, 4,
Pull ups later today!
