My breakfast is: 3ld milk, handful of almonds, handful of dry grapes, handful of pumpkin seed, 2 spoons of grinded quinoa, handful of oats, 1 banana, 1 peach (of any other fruit), half a lemon, tea spoon of honey...blend it, splendid
..u get 0.6l of power
lunch: something with a spoon, tuna, pig meat, chicken, eggs, salat...
dinner: eggs, chickpea, almonds, choko milk, meat...
between i eat fruits..
I love flexible diet, I also eat cakes and fast food, but not so much...I burn it all..
