Hello guys! Glad i joined the forum!So my question for today is how to get better at calisthenics ?I've been doing the basics for a year now and i keep doing them but now i started splitting push and pull and other things but the thing is how zef got that big arms how to get them ?? ? and is splitting better ,because zef says he doesnt have daily routine usually??I am not that good im only 165 lbs 5'10..
any feedback would be appreciated about what routines to start doing or keep doing basics


Btw havent maxed out but i guess i can do at max 50 push ups and 15 pulls
