HELLO, MY NAME IS JESUS I RESIDE IN TEXAS ORIGINALLY FROM NEW YORK. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS BEEN ON CYTOGAINER FOR 2 BUT STOPPED USING THE PRODUCT.I WANNA DO IT ON MY OWN. I USALLY WORK WITH A FIVE POUND WIEGHT PUT IN A BACK PACK.IM HERE TO GET ADVICE AND HELP ON HOW TO INCREASE SIZE WITH O PERCENT BODY FAT IM FIVE 8 155 POUNDS I WANNA GET MY ARMS BIGGER IN SIZE.NOW HERE IS A VIDEO OF ME

Welcome to the site bro start ya first set chins/pull ups press ups sit ups leg raises..wot ever with max reps go hard with good form lock out on everything... do four sets lowing ya reps on each set if you have too

Just remember this when ya doing ya sets...
(Make your first rep like your last and your last rep like your first)

Yeeh, it's impossible to have 0 % of bodyfat, but something about 10 is really possible ;D
