Food is not the enemy. Repeat that in your mind or even out loud, food is not the enemy. However, there are some things that you put in your mouth that are not good, like heavily processed goods. Read the side of a box of rice, Keto Fast or a pasta combination and you'll see that there are paragraphs written of ingredients, all of which will take a great deal out of your system to break down. If you read more than 2 or 3 things to what you're eating, then perhaps it's not that grand.
