What are chin parallel turns? Is it were u are in an L-sit hanging from the parallel bars and u bring ur legs from side to side?

Take a belt (towel), bind it to the bar.
One hand is on the bar, the other is holding on to the hanging belt. Make pull-ups in such position.
You may adjust the complexity by moving your arm along the belt.

I think there are two conditions:
1 - train hard , using different grips, methods etc...
2 - you should understand how muscles and joints need to use
I too have long been trying to do OAP Crying or Very sad

I can do 1 with my right hand but my left hand is far away from doing it Very Happy, I have tried many exercises but my left hand feels like wooden or smth when I try to do one armed chin-up.

Yea it also efficient, I tried. If too much assist or too easy one can always use some additional weight Wink

Yep,the staggered pullup/chinup. This is what i am being shown through the circus style training i do.
As you get better u keep lowering the hand on the Towel, untill in the end u aren't even using one hand at all anymore.
