What i've done for HSPUs when I was trying to get past 9 was just maxing out at the start of every hour.
For increasing reps i'd probably go for max PERFECT form reps every hour, or perhaps half max reps every 30 mins...
Just have a go and see what works and what doesn't. If you're finding it too easy, increase the reps or decrease the time (or both
Too hard, just do the opposite
