ok so I know this isnt calithenics but i felt had to post this..i started working with kettlebells at christmas (along with my extreme calisthenics). and i have loved every minute of it. i did my first kettlebell challenge today. 1000 reps. 10 different exercsise. 10 reps each. I finished in 1 hour and 8 minutes. here's how it went.



2 arm swing

windmills

one arm press (5 each side)

right arm swing

left arm swing

turkish get ups (5 each side)

upright rows

squat jumps

clean and jerk (5 each side)

push ups on kettlebell handle.



10 reps each exercise

10 sets. complete as a cercuit course.

no brake if possible.
