Just came back from recording.. my workout was cut short due to the rain.. not the best day to film a video.. my triceps are soo sore after 2 days of continuous pushups.. (thanks dan).. totally screwed my muscle up form..

Ok, not much of a videophile.. and not used to putting up pics/vids of myself online..

But I have mad respect for my fellow bar brotha's.. so I will bite the bullet. Just need to borrow a cam from a friend.. and hit the gym when nobody is around

Yes please send again! and send the link to the pm on the forum. I'm having trouble with the website today so don't send to the website email, send a pm on the forum. Also on a good note, cause of all the trouble, anyone that still hasn't sent in their video still has plenty of time!
